Marina Lang, Esq. is a distinguished intellectual property attorney with nearly two decades of experience. Marina advises clients on leveraging their IP portfolios and the tactical use of litigation to achieve core commercial objectives.

She is admitted to practice in California, before U.S. District Courts across California and several other states, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. 

Consistently ranked as a Super Lawyer, Marina graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California before earning her J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the Duke Law & Technology Review.  

Alongside her law degree, Marina earned a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from Duke University, focusing her graduate thesis on CASA—the guardian ad litem agency where she volunteered for over eight years. In college, she also competed as a varsity water polo athlete and served as a White House intern. 

She is a dedicated attorney focused on safeguarding the proprietary assets that drive market identity and competitive edge. In addition to her practice, she has lectured at multiple law schools.
